National Engineers Day at The Children's Museum

PLEASE READ

All volunteers will need to fill out a form authorizing The Children's Museum of Indianapolis to perform a limited criminal history background check. You will receive an email with a link to The Museum's online system after you fill out this registration form.

If your company performs background checks as part of the employment process, then the Museum will accept a letter on company letterhead from your HR department in lieu of filling out the LCH form. Please email your HR Letter to Julianne Turner at jturner@childrensmuseum.org

Volunteers under the age of 18 DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT THE LCH FORM, however, please fill out and submit the Youth Volunteer Form.
